Sound and Spaces: Experience Music in Sacred Spaces
Stained glass window at Second Presbyterian
The Chicago Chamber Musicians are offering a great opportunity to experience music in some of Chicago's most beautiful sacred spaces. The Sound and Spaces series is a partnership of the Chicago Chamber Musicians, the Chicago chapter of the AIA, and the Chicago Architecture Foundation designed to offer a unique chance to experience amazing music in some of Chicago's special places. Past locations have included the North Shore Congregation Israel, Carr Memorial Chapel (at IIT), and Robie House. This year's series has performances at Second Presbyterian Church (October 23rd) and Church of the Ascension (March 18th, 2012). For more information including ticket reservations, click here.
